Iran’s President Masoud Pezeshkian has issued a public apology to neighboring Gulf countries following a series of missile and drone attacks during the ongoing regional c0nflict. In a televised address, the Iranian leader said he personally apologizes to nations including Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, and Bahrain, stressing that Iran does not intend to attack its neighboring countries and considers them “brothers.” He said Iran’s leadership council has instructed the armed forces to stop launching strikes toward neighboring states.

According to Pezeshkian, Iranian forces will only respond if attacks against Iran originate from the territory of those countries. He also urged Gulf nations not to allow their territories to be used by foreign powers to launch attacks against Iran, emphasizing that regional issues should be resolved through diplomacy rather than escalating military confrontation.
