Remember this Assurance

Weapons will be made to attack you But they will not prosper. Yes evil will be planned against you But it shall not achieve it's purpose. Toungues will rise against you in judgment But you shall condemn such Toungues. Isaiah 54:19

🌿David had multiple chances to kill Saul…
and still chose restraint.
That’s a lesson many people don’t want to learn.
📖 1 Samuel 24 and 1 Samuel 26, David had clear opportunities to take Saul’s life.
👉Saul was the one chasing him.
👉Saul was the one trying to kill him.
👉Saul was the one who wronged him.
Yet…
David refused to touch him.
Why?
Because David understood something deeper than emotion:
🌿Just because you have the opportunity… doesn’t mean you have the permission.
David’s men told him,
This is your moment. God delivered Saul into your hands,”
David responded:
I will not stretch out my hand against the Lord’s anointed.”
📖1 Samuel 24:6
The Hebrew word for anointed is (mashiach)
which means one who has been chosen, appointed, and set apart by God.
David wasn’t just seeing Saul as a man.
He was recognizing God’s order.
Now let’s be clear:
Saul was wrong.
Saul was disobedient.
Saul had lost favor with God.
🌿David knew God had rejected Saul and he was Annoited to even take over from him
But David still refused to take matters into his own hands.
Because David understood something most people miss today:
You Dont fight what God already decided to remove.
David could have forced his way into the throne.
But he chose integrity and patience over impatience.
👉You were talked about… so you want to respond.
👉You were disrespected… so you want to get even.
👉You were wronged… so you want to prove a point.
David shows us a different way:
Let God handle what only God can handle.
📖1 Samuel 26:10, David says:
The Lord will strike him, or his day will come to die, or he will go down into battle and perish.”
In other words:
I don’t need to touch him… God will deal with it.”
That takes maturity.
Because revenge feels right in the moment…
But obedience is right in the long run.
David didn’t just spare Saul’s life
🌿Many times we fail to Act on matters we can easily revenge.
Many times we even get chances and opportunities to revenge
We Refrain not because we are coward

To Become a true disciple of Jesus Christ, you need to go through a Spiritual Process of Transformation.
