Good morning, wonderful followers! We appreciate your unwavering support of our ongoing efforts to advance academic excellence and a merit-based system in Liberian Schools. During the previous few years, we have accomplished that through the Liberia National Academic Excellence Award.

We appreciate your continuous support and would like to inform you that we have synchronized and are moving to our official page. Previously we have had a project page and an institution page making the trace of our work difficult. Therefore, we will be providing regular updates on our three active projects—the Future Leaders Initiative, Light Up Education, and the Liberia National Academic Excellence Award only via our official page.

Great meeting with Orange Foundation Liberia

Last week, we sat with Orange Foundation Liberia and shared the work we do through the Liberia National Academic Excellence Award and it was super exciting.

Considering the amazing work Orange Foundation continue to do to improve the living conditions of Liberians, it was a fascinating conversation and we look forward to ways we can collaborate in the future.

The Liberia National Academic Excellence Award is Educate the NextGen flagship program that's geared toward identifying, honoring,celebrating, and mentoring Liberia's brightest emerging scholars and leaders by providing them with the necessary support, opportunities, and cutting-edge resources required to prepare a new breed of ethical leaders and scholars.

Today, we celebrate one of our 2023 award recipients Gebah V. Konneh as he debut his spoken word poetry single, title, "Echoes of a Conqueror" as his birthday gift to all.

In this electrifying piece, he channel the indomitable spirit of the African warrior in him who has journeyed through battles of the mind and heart, and with resilience, has triumphed over darkness. This piece echoes every victory on his journey resonating through time, a manifesto of strength, survival, and the audacious rewriting of narratives. It's dedicated to all the champions out here beating odds.

𝑨𝒍𝒍 𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒍𝒊𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒓𝒚 𝒂𝒘𝒂𝒓𝒅 𝒓𝒆𝒄𝒊𝒑𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔 𝒑𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒔𝒆 𝒕𝒂𝒌𝒆 𝒏𝒐𝒕𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒂𝒄𝒕 𝒂𝒄𝒄𝒐𝒓𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒍𝒚.

1. All preliminary award recipients who are yet to receive their preliminary acceptance package please send us a WhatsApp message 0770046553 before the end of today.

2. Those who have received their package and are yet to sign and return the forms including their headshot and bio, please do that on or before the end of day Monday, September 23,2024. Anything on the contrary will lead to you being replace by another scholar who we interviewed, passed WASSCE, and on our addendum list.

3. Those who were preliminarily selected but all efforts to contact them through phone calls and emails have been unsuccessful will be replace by end of day on Monday, September 23,2024, therefore; if you know anyone on the list please tell them to contact us via our WhatsApp before end of day Monday.

4. All preliminary award recipients who are yet to submit their WASSCE results are encouraged to please visit their school and ensure your results are submitted on or before Wednesday, September 25,2024. If your results is not in by Wednesday latest, you will be replace with scholars who were interviewed, passed WASSCE, and are on our addendum list. Remember passing WASSCE is a major criteria for receiving this prestigious award.

A special congratulations to award winning Scholar Musa Jabateh Fofana on his graduation this year.

Scholar Musa, a 2017 St. Simon Baptist High School valedictorian, is pursuing his goal of playing professional football with Cece United in the top division of Liberian football. It has been difficult for him to balance football and education, but we are proud of him for reaching this milestone.

Double award winner Robert Mbaku Jr. commence his University Education at the world’s 263 best University the Northwestern Polytechnical University in China (US new ranking, 2024).

Robert a graduate of the Cuttington Campus School as Valedictorian and Most Valuable Debater from the Liberia National Debate Championship will over the next few years study Civil Engineering and ofcourse he has promised to keep making us all proud.
