To All Friends, Family, Children, Followers, Students, Associates, Affiliates, Partner Churches, and Organizations Globally
Warm season’s greetings to you all as we stand in the final hours of 2025 and prepare to welcome 2026!
As the year ends, I first give thanks to Yahweh, the Source of life, wisdom, and purpose. This season is a time to think, appreciate, and realign our lives with vision, discipline, and destiny.
I also joyfully celebrate that my first son, Rudolph Kwanue Jr., will turn 23 tomorrow, January 1, 2026.
As a father who just celebrated my 40th birthday on December 28, this reminds me of legacy, responsibility, and the importance of guiding the next generation with wisdom and purpose.
This year, God has blessed me with three members of the family—one girl and two boys—my grandchildren.
completing my education milestones.
Participating in my own PhD graduation in Zambia on December 19, 2025, in Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Leadership and Management, was truly a dream come true.
I also received multiple awards from respected organizations, which are testimonies to Yahweh’s guidance and favor throughout the year.

Topic: Can a Christian make a lawsuits?
The answer is yes, christian can make lawsuits and he can also be Sued.
I will take time to explain in detail.
Cases that involves lives, such as R**e, divorce, rubbery attacks, scammers, criminals, child trafficking, Human trafficking, taking your property by force among Many different things.
A Christian can sue.
There are many Biblical steps to follow as a christian only when matter is between you and your brother that doesn't involve legal conditions you can go to the law.
For the sake of clarity, it must be stated that criminal matters should be handled by civil authorities.
Reticence about civil lawsuits does not extend to matters in which a person endangers others.
This is not to say that if a crime is perpetrated against you, you must always press charges.
But it is to say that Christians should not harbor or enable criminal activity, including by refusal to entrust the matter to the appropriate legal authorities.
The Bible's directives about lawsuits are not intended to enable Christians or churches to cover up instances of abuse.
The Bible offers us steps for reconciliation when believers experience conflict or disunion (Matthew 18:15–17).
Jesus tells us to go directly to the person who we perceive has wronged us, and if reconciliation does not happen, additional steps are prescribed.
Paul specifically and strongly counsels against Christians taking other Christians to court (1 Corinthians 6:1–8).
He writes that there are other Christians who can help settle disputes; and if that doesn't work, then it would be better for a Christian to simply walk away from the matter rather than extend the dispute publicly. He writes, "To have lawsuits at all with one another is already a defeat for you. Why not rather suffer wrong? Why not rather be defrauded?" (1 Corinthians 6:7).
I hope this is clear.

The Bible does not specifically condemn gambling, betting, or the lottery. The Bible does warn us, however, to stay away from the love of money (1 Timothy 6:10; Hebrews 13:5). Scripture also encourages us to stay away from attempts to “get rich quick” (Proverbs 13:11; 23:5; Ecclesiastes 5:10)
Is casting lots a gambling?
to “casting lots” in the KJV appear 21 time in the Bible
The important one to my mind is Psalm 22:18 - “They part my garments among them, and cast lots upon my vesture”.
Which affirms Jesus crucifixion in Matthew 27:35 - “And they crucified him, and parted his garments, casting lots that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, “They parted my garments among them, and upon my vesture did they cast lots”.”
Even a positive NT reference in Acts1:26 - “And they gave forth their lots; and the lot fell upon Matthias; and he was numbered with the eleven apostles.”
So technically even the apostles were “gambling” even though this activity was really just to determine an allocation of resources. Also, one could argue that God allows gambling since all life choices have a certain chance outcome given we have freedom of choice, however as to the ethics of gambling there is nothing specific that I could find.
HOWEVER, after further thought I’m updating my answer…Jesus and the Decalogue was very clear that God should come first with everything you do in your life. When it comes to gambling or any other potentially addictive activity if you do it for a little mindless fun then fine, but if you become addicted then you are putting that activity before God, which is a sin.
As for potential addictions I can think of: gambling/booze/drugs/chocolate/sugar/sex…. to name a few.
Hope this helps.
