Update on past first meeting

Motivation Music Ministry had it's first administrative and general meetings on the 6th of January A.D 2018.

Within the administrative meeting that was held at 1:00pm, a merger was conducted that saw Motivation Music Ministry forming part of a network called ESSENCE TALENT NETWORK (ESTANET).

ESTANET is a network that seek to promote young Gospel talents.... In lifting the Kingdom of God.
ESTANET is a network that does not only support music, but it also supports other talents such as dancing, acting movies, comedy, among others....

Within this meeting a decision was reached that ESTANET will serve as the main body.... While Motivation Music Records previously known as Motivation Music Ministry will serve as the record or the musical part of the network.

At the second meeting that was held at 2:00pm, with 6 persons in attendance, adopting an agenda of
1. Opening prayer
2. Self introduction
3. Info about ESTANET
4. February Concert
5. AOB
6. Closing prayer

Opening prayer was done by Alexander (member), followed by self introduction that which was done by everyone present.

3. Staren Weah
4.Alexander Cole
5. Daniel T. Nimely
6. Alvin Michele Dare

Info about ESTANET was done by Alvin(promotion manager), next was the February concert that was made open for discussion by Saah Tamba (Head of A&R) it was made known that the concert is all about a day set aside to glorify the the kingdom of God, within here an official date was found for the contemporary Gospel concert to be held at the Harvest Christian Church Int'l at the Hour of 3:00 pm on February 18, 2018.
Plans were brought forth as how to acquire all that will be needed for this unique program. Suggestions were made during AOB that we have regular meetings in here and monthly meetings to discussed when we meet here. The meeting was adjourned with a closing prayer.

N.B ESTANET is open to suggestions and recommendations, we are also looking forward to working with more people administratively.
