Strategy matters.
But culture determines whether strategy survives.

Chapters don’t fall apart because they lack plans.
They fall apart because culture was never fortified.

Unshakeable Culture is a powerful, timely workshop designed to help Zeta chapters:
• Strengthen trust
• Anchor values
• Lead through conflict
• Build unity that lasts beyond personalities and positions

If your chapter is navigating growth, transition, tension, or transformation—this is for you.

Today, we honor the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., a servant leader whose life was devoted to the liberation, dignity, and humanity of all people.

Dr. King’s greatness was not rooted in title or position, but in his unwavering commitment to service. He carried the weight of injustice with courage, spoke truth in the face of danger, and chose love as a discipline, even when hate was loud and persistent. His strength came from conviction. His courage came from sacrifice. His leadership came from an unshakable belief that we are called to do what is right, not what is easy.

I strive to embody even a fraction of Dr. King’s strength, courage, and commitment to humankind. To lead with integrity. To use my voice for those who are unheard. To build bridges where others erect barriers. And to serve with purpose, humility, and resolve.

May we all continue the work.

As we celebrate Founders’ Day, I reflect with deep gratitude on the vision of our five founders; women who dared to imagine a sorority rooted in Scholarship, Service, Sisterhood, and Finer Womanhood.

Today, I honor their courage, intellect, and unwavering commitment to excellence. I strive daily to live the ideals they envisioned, to serve with purpose, lead with integrity, uplift others as I climb, and represent Zeta with grace, responsibility, and impact.

I am so thankful for the IHQ team for many things, but most of all for being seen. I told Madam ED this recognition meant so much to me because when people 'catch you doing something right' and recognize you for it, when you expect nothing in return; it gives you strength to keep being present, to keep leading, and to keep serving.

Thank you for the kind note that accompanied and thank you most of all for your leadership!

Dear Soror Saygbay-Hallie,

On behalf of the International Headquarters (IHQ) Team, I am delighted to extend our warmest congratulations to you for being selected as an honoree in the Membership Recognition Program. Your collaborative work with the IHQ Team has been instrumental in advancing our mission and exemplifying the core principles of Scholarship, Service, Sisterhood, and Finer Womanhood.

Your dedication to excellence, your spirit of service, and your embodiment of sisterhood and grace continue to inspire and uplift our organization. We are proud to recognize your contributions and celebrate the impact you’ve made.

Thank you for your continued commitment and for being a shining example of what it means to live our values.

Just wrapped up our Q2 International Board of Directors meetings in the Pacific Region.

The hospitality from the sorors was unmatched, a true outward expression of sisterhood, service, and love that reminded me why Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. continues to thrive across regions. From thoughtful welcomes to intentional fellowship, the Pacific Region showed up in every way.

We took care of the business of Zeta, engaging in meaningful dialogue, making strategic decisions, and advancing the work that moves our Sorority forward.

Grateful for the opportunity to serve, listen, and lead alongside phenomenal sorors who are committed to excellence and impact. 💙

Leadership doesn’t wait for titles,it shows up where the work is.

This week, I spent time at JFK Medical Center with the Chief Medical Officer and Chief Administrator, touring upgrades made over the last 12 months and engaging in honest conversations about the hospital’s impact on the Liberian community, and the gaps that still must be filled.

This visit was a needs assessment in partnership with IOM, grounded in listening, accountability, and collaboration.
This is the leadership I stand on:
✔️ Showing up
✔️ Asking the hard questions
✔️ Building partnerships that move people forward

The harvest is ripe. And I am committed to stewarding progress into lasting impact in my country, because service isn’t seasonal, and leadership is about results.

Still Present. Determined to Lead. Ready to Serve.

This season reminds us of what truly matters... family.

Family by blood.
Family by work.
Family by sisterhood.

Each one shapes us, grounds us, and calls us to lead with integrity and heart.

We are in the dispensation of giving, not transactionally, not conditionally, but unconditionally. Giving our time. Giving grace. Giving our voice in service of others.

That same spirit of giving is what guides my leadership and my continued commitment to serve. Leadership is not about position; it’s about stewardship, responsibility, and showing up consistently for the people who trust you.

I am deeply grateful for every community that has allowed me to serve, especially my Zeta family. I remain committed to leading with purpose, transparency, and love.

Love your family today.
Be grateful for the journey.
And be merry.

From my family to yours------ Happy Holidays! 💙

We can't wait for permission to lead. We lead when purpose moves us.

My cup is beyond filled. What an honor it was to serve my Liberian market women once again. partnered with the Ministry of Diaspora Affairs along with the Ministry of Health and IOM on putting on a Market Woman Health Fair and Hygiene workshop. Service is not just something I say...it's who I am.
