Caleb Fredrick Foley is the Founder & Lead Organizer of the Python Liberia Community (PyLiberia).

He is passionate about using Python programming and open-source technology to empower students, professionals, and aspiring developers across Liberia. Through PyLiberia, the community is building an inclusive space focused on learning, collaboration, and practical digital skills.

Python Liberia Community will be offering technology training in Programming, Database Management (including PostgreSQL), and Cloud Computing using Python and open-source tools, alongside workshops, meetups, and community events designed to prepare learners for real-world opportunities.
