Today , I want to remind you of something simple but powerful you are allowed to choose yourself.

You don’t have to keep explaining your pain to people who don’t listen. You don’t have to stay in places where you feel small, unloved, or unappreciated. You don’t have to carry everyone’s problems while your own heart is breaking.
Choosing yourself is not selfish It is survival. It is healing. It is growth

You don’t need permission from anyone to heal. You don’t need to explain your growth. Not everyone will understand your journey, and that’s okay this life is yours to live.

Take today as a fresh page. Write a new story with better boundaries, stronger faith, and more self-love. You are not late. You are not behind. You are exactly where you need to be.

And remember this: starting over is not the end it is the beginning of something better.
