The Government of Liberia has signed a whopping 44.60 United States dollars women empowerment agreement with the International Development Association ( IDA) which is expected to benefit 750 Communities across Montserrado County, Bomi, Gbarpolu, Grand Cape Mount, Grand Gedeh, and Rivercess County.

BREAKING DEVELOPMENT

In awake of a shooting incident at the Police Academy junction in Paynesville this morning, at which time one Valentine T. Johnson was allegedly shot and killed, an arrest has been made by the LNP.

According to information received, LNP has arrested and detained the gunman, one Patrick Kollie, who is an EPS officer assigned with Hon. Bill Twehwah, Managing Director of National Port Authority. The weapon used in the shooting incident is also in the possession of LNP.

Thanks to the LNP, Inspector General of Police @⁨Hon. Patrick Sudue⁩ and our hard working DIGP @⁨Hon. Marvin Sackor⁩ for the swift containment of the situation and arrest of the perpetrator.
