We are pleased to inform the general public that Mr. Francis F. Kpaka, Human Resources Manager of the Liberia Airport Authority (LAA), has accepted our invitation to serve as Guest Speaker at the Good Guys Intellectual Forum.
Mr. Kpaka is a proud resident of District #2, Margibi County and a well-respected public servant. He holds a Master’s degree in International Relations and is currently pursuing a second MBA in Management at the University of Liberia Graduate School.
