The Community Actions for Development Network (CADINET) is pleased to announce the appointment of Miss. Montee Nimely as Program Officer of our organization.
Miss. Nimely has demonstrated exceptional commitment, dedication, professionalism, and passion through her service as a volunteer with CADINET. Her hard work, leadership qualities, and unwavering commitment to community development have significantly contributed to the growth and success of our programs and initiatives.
This appointment reflects our confidence in her ability to provide strategic leadership, coordinate impactful programs, strengthen partnerships, and advance CADINET's mission of empowering communities through Education for Sustainable Development, Health Promotion, Good Governance & Democracy, Community Conservation, Agriculture for Livelihood, Gender Equity and Empowerment.
As Program Officer, Miss. Nimely will play a key role in planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating programs that improve the lives of children, youth, women, and vulnerable communities across Grand Bassa County.
We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Miss. Nimely on this well-deserved achievement and wish her success as she assumes this important responsibility.

For over 2 decades, rural marketers had struggled to understand the end results of their daily selling and understand why the market had been working for foreigners, yet rural sellers continue to suffer to achieve livelihood independence. To help our Communities grow, the Community Actions for Development Network in July 2026, will begin working in 3 communities (Heltop Community, Vains Town and Peace Community) in Compound #1, Grand Bassa County under our Programs title: (Improve Livelihood through Rural Saving, Loan Activity -ILRSLA). The activity will enable rural marketers to understand how the market works for the poor, and the importance of saving, loan and cooperative development, by building a savings culture in these locations.

Community Actions for Development Network

From May 18 to 20, the Community Actions for Development Network is participating in a three days "CBO/FBO training on Psychosocial Support (PASS) and Trauma -Informed Care" under the project: (Enhancing Social Cohesion through Rehabilitation and Empowerment of Marginalized Youth in Liberia).
The training is an effort of the Joint At-Risk Program to train CBOs to lead Psycho support in communities hot spot areas influenced by Drugs Flow among Youth in affected communities.

We appreciate UNFPA Liberia for always providing that support we need to lead collective change in Grand Bassa..

On May 8, the Institute for Policy Evaluation and Research - IPER had a capacity assessment with the Community Actions for Development Network. The assessment was great and there were a lot of lessons learned, thanks for the great work doing in communities that need real solutions to system barriers..
