Grilled Octopus with Potato 🐙🥔
Ingredients:
→ Potatoes:
500g. Young Potatoes (mix of red and gold) 🥔
3 Tbsp Butter 🧈
1 Tsp Garlic Salt 🧄
Fresh Dill 🌿
→ Octopus:
500g. Cooked Octopus 🐙
1/2 Shallot Onion 🧅
2 Tbsp Olive Oil 🫒
2 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar 🍷
1 Tbsp Capers 🌱
Parsley 🌿
Fried Chicken Burger Recipe 🍔🍗
→ Ingredients:
- 2 Chicken breasts, boneless 🐔
- 2 cups Buttermilk 🥛
- 1 Egg 🥚
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper 🌶️
- 1 tbsp Paprika 🌶️
- Salt and pepper to taste 🧂
- 1 cup Flour 🌾
- 2 Hamburger buns 🍞
- 4 slices Bacon 🥓
- Pickles, sliced 🥒
- 1 cup Cabbage, shredded 🥬
- Scallions, chopped 🧅
- 1 tbsp Dill, finely chopped 🌿
- 1/4 cup Kewpie mayo (for both the burger and sauce) 🥪
For the Sauce:
- 1 tbsp Creamy horseradish 🌱
- 1 tbsp Mustard 🌕
- 2 tbsp Kewpie mayo 🥪
🧃 Alcohol-free cider with cranberry and orange
Ingredients:
2 apples (1 red and 1 green)
1 orange
200ml apple juice
two sticks of cinnamon
2 star anises
50g cranberries
Method:
We suggest adding a few juniper berries as well.
Add apples, orange and cranberries to the apple juice, then add all the spices and heat for about 10 minutes. Stir slightly and that's it. Serve our warming drink.
🍞Hearty croutons for breakfast
Ingredients:
Toast bread
2 sweet bell peppers
200g ham
130g cheese
1 onion
2 eggs
Salt
Pepper
🥔Potato hash browns with ham and cheese
Ingredients:⠀ ⠀
370g potatoes
1 egg ⠀⠀
100g ham ⠀
50g cheese ⠀
30g wheat flour ⠀
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking oil⠀
Method:⠀ ⠀
1. Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater, don't squeeze. Add the egg and stir. ⠀⠀.
2. Dice the ham and grate the cheese. Mix with the potatoes.
Add flour, salt and pepper. Stir again. ⠀
3. Bake in a well preheated frying pan in a little oil with a lid on over low heat on both sides.
4. Serve with sour cream or yogurt.
🍪Raspberry pistachio cookies
Ingredients:
120g flour
35ml milk
55g cane sugar (plain white is fine)
70g butter
50g pistachios
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla sugar
Method:
1. Mix softened butter with flour and all the dry ingredients. Add milk. Knead until you have a homogeneous dough. Add peeled pistachios and white chocolate (optional).
2. Spread the dough on parchment paper or a baking mat and form cookies.
3. Decorate each cookie with fresh or freeze-dried raspberries and bake at 190-200°C for 15-17 minutes.
🍝Turkey pasta in cream
Ingredients:
200g turkey or chicken
1 clove of garlic
100g cherry tomatoes
Spinach
10g butter and 10g vegetable oil
200ml cream
50g cheese
150-200g pasta
Surely salt and pepper
Method:
Cut turkey into large cubes, fry in vegetable oil for 10 minutes.
Next, fry garlic for 1 minute in butter, add cherry tomatoes and spinach and fry for 2 more minutes. Add cream, cheese and turkey and stew for 5-7 minutes. At the end add boiled pasta.
🍫Chocolate cake without baking
Ingredients:
200+100g chocolate
400+100ml cream
250g oatmeal
Method:
1. Grind oatmeal in a blender, or just take the smallest size.
Warm heavy cream in a saucepan but don't bring it to a boil.
Add chocolate, dissolve it and stir.
2. Add the oatmeal in this mixture and mix well.
Cover the bottom of a form with parchment paper, grease bottom and sides with butter. Pour the mixture and let it cool. Then put in the fridge for 1.5-2 hours.
3. Heat and mix the rest of the cream with the chocolate, then take the cake out of the fridge and cover it with the chocolate. Decorate as you like.

Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients:
20 large mushrooms (stems removed)
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
2 garlic cloves (minced)
1/4 cup parsley (chopped)
1/4 cup cream cheese
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Recipe:
Prep Mushrooms: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems, saving the stems for the filling.
Make Filling: Finely chop the mushroom stems. Sauté in olive oil with garlic until softened. Remove from heat and mix with breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, cream cheese, salt, and pepper.
Stuff Mushrooms: Spoon the mixture into each mushroom cap. Arrange on a baking sheet.
Bake: Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 20–25 minutes until golden.
Serve: Let cool slightly before serving.
