Moksha is a pioneering brand under Wasthra Ceylon, transforming banana-based resources into healthy, natural food products such as banana flour, cereals, smoothies, and now – Masala Chai. We are passionate about sustainability, community empowerment, and bringing nature’s best to your plate.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to lead product development and operational projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing cross-functional teams, working with food production processes, and a passion for sustainable innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate ongoing and new projects within Moksha’s food innovation line.

Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and risk for each project.

Collaborate with R&D, production, quality control, and marketing teams.

Drive product launches, from concept to commercialization.

Liaise with government institutions, funding bodies, and strategic partners.

Monitor project KPIs and prepare progress reports.

Implement process improvements for efficient production and market delivery.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Food Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience managing projects, preferably in food or FMCG sectors.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Familiarity with sustainable and green manufacturing processes is a plus.

PMP or Prince2 certification will be an added advantage.
