Homemade Peach Ice Cream
Ingredients:
• 2 pounds fresh peaches - peeled, pitted and chopped
• 1 cup white sugar
• 1 pint half-and-half cream
• 1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
• 1 12 fluid ounce can evaporated milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 cups whole milk, or as needed
Directions:
1. Dice peaches and mix with sugar in a bowl. Let it sit while you prepare the other ingredients.
2. In a separate bowl, combine half & half, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and vanilla. Then add the peaches and sugar mixture. Stir everything together.
3. Pour the mixture into a gallon ice cream freezer container. Add enough whole milk to fill the container up to the fill line, which is about 2 cups.
4. Follow the manufacturer's instructions to freeze the ice cream.
5. Cooling the container before adding the mixture will help the ice cream harden faster.
Notes:
You can use this same recipe with other fruits like strawberries, blackberries, bananas, raspberries, blueberries, and more. Enjoy your homemade ice cream!💜💜💜💜🧡🧡🧡❤️❤️❤️

😋💦A recipe for a mixed berries and banana smoothie:😋💦
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc.)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional for creaminess)
- 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)
- A handful of ice cubes
Instructions:
1. Peel and slice the banana.
2. Add the banana, mixed berries, yogurt, and almond milk into a blender.
3. Blend until smooth.
4. Taste and add honey or maple syrup if you prefer extra sweetness.
5. Add ice cubes and blend again if you want a chilled smoothie.
6. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
You can also add a handful of spinach or chia seeds for an extra nutritional boost.

AVOCADO SMOOTHIE RECIPE 😋🥑
Ingredients:
1 ripe avocado
1 banana
1 cup spinach or kale
1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup
Ice Cubes
Instructions:
1. Peel and peel the avocado, and peel the banana.
2. Place the avocado, banana, spinach or kale, almond milk and honey or maple syrup (if using) in a blender.
3. Mix until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more almond milk to achieve the desired consistency.
4. Add ice cubes if you prefer a colder smoothie, then mix again until ice is crushed and smoothie is well blended.
5. Pour into glasses and enjoy your nutritious avocado smoothie.
