✅ 3+ years in Business Development
✅ Experience in IT services, digital marketing, or job portals
✅ Excellent spoken & written English (Tamil is a bonus!)
✅ Strong communication, organization & follow-up skills
✅ Driven by targets and performance
✅ Confidence in handling clients via phone, email & face-to-face
✅ Based in or around Gampaha (preferred)
