It is with regret to inform all of you that Eng. K.W. Upasena, Ex. CECB DGM, who was in charge of Structural Design Section passed away. He was instrumental to form Structural Design Section in CECB in 1980's with the backing of Dr. A.N.S. Kulasinghe then Chairman CECB.
Funeral will be held today (2022.12.06). His remains will lie at his house at Ekamuthu Mawatha, Koswatta, Malambe till 2.30pm.
