Primary Responsibilities:
• Accept customer documents, attend to customer inquiries over the phone and respond emails in a timely manner.
• Accept payments, invoices, and ensure all the payments made accurate.
• Finalize daily operation reports, coordinating with customer and operation team.
• Maintain all relevant correspondence and reports in an orderly manner.
• Work with management on customer service initiatives.

The Ideal candidate should be,
• A smart, Intelligent & outgoing personality with high computer literacy.
• Effective, polite communication skills & fluency in English and Sinhala are prerequisites.
• Prior experience in customer service will play a vital role in your selection process.
• Age preferably below 26.
