Luxurious velvet sofas and chairs with black piping add elegance and depth to the interior. The carefully selected artwork add personality and character to the space, making it feel like a true home.

The bedrooms with their beige velvet color themes and bamboo fabric linen for ultimate comfort is like a serene retreat. The attention to detail with meticulously designed bed head panels accented with bronze mirrors and CNC cut panels adds a touch of glamour.

Overall, the blend of ultra-luxury elements with modern homely touches creates a welcoming and refined living space. It's a place where one can truly relax and unwind in style.

"Kamakura," the Japanese restaurant at Monarch Imperial.

Every aspect, from the furniture selection to the color schemes of this interior, has been curated to harmonize with the overarching style, resulting in a cozy yet modern Japanese-inspired ambiance.

The oakwood wall paneling, adorned with slat details, lends a distinctive aesthetic to the space. Handpicked Japanese paper lanterns sourced from specialty shops are strategically hung at varying levels, creating a captivating lighting ambiance that bathes the interior in a diffuse, subtle glow.
Complementing this are rustic-finished floor tiles, carefully chosen to juxtapose against the clean lines of Japanese design.

"Lanna Thai," the rustic tropical modern Thai restaurant at Monarch Imperial, offers a truly unique atmosphere. Its earthen color scheme, complemented by touches of green, creates a cozy and inviting ambiance in the interior. The walls of the restaurant are adorned with a variety of elements, including natural brick veneer, artificial plant walls, and Thai-inspired graphic wallpaper.
These design choices combine to transport diners to a tropical oasis, where they can enjoy delicious Thai cuisine in a setting that evokes the beauty and charm of Thailand itself.

Explore our meticulously curated 3-bedroom apartment interior, where modern elegance meets cozy minimalism. With wooden floors anchoring each space, our gray color palette is accented by soothing touches of green, creating a tranquil ambiance throughout.

Recently we were at Big Plans with some of our clients from Melbourne. As a corporate member at Big Plans, we make regular use of this innovative facility to provide our clients with an opportunity to walk through their homes and spaces in actual scale.

Using their state of the art projection technology, the floor plans are projected on to the floor at actual size. Using movable furniture, walls and fittings, we can offer our clients unique spatial experience allowing early decision making to avoid expensive variations later.

Hopefully we can bring these innovative technologies also to our clients in Sri Lanka soon.
