This week at Foodster we're creating an All American food great - Granola Bars! We call it great for a reason. Unlike most other American snack favourites (think fried Mars Bars - ugh!) Granola Bars are packed with delicious goodness. Oats, puffed rice, nuts (we use cashew) and what's more, the sweetness comes from brown sugar and pure, locally sourced bees honey.
Since it comes in a convenient bar (duh!) it's an ideal, energy-packed hunger buster for school kids or a carry along snack for bikers and backpackers.
At Foodster we like to keep things simple but for those chocoholics out there, we get you, and can add chocolate or raisins on order.
We have priced a pack of four bars at Rs.300/= (the ingredients are expensive :( ) but in the words of our in-house tasters, they're worth every delectable bite!
