Liyanage, design consultant has handled many projects such as factories , hotels, bank buildings, restaurants, fuel stations, retirement homes for elders, town planning, shopping complexes, training centers, and individual houses, from inception to completion to the satisfaction of the client.
Most of the clients assign architectural designs to non-qualified Architects, house builders, property builders etc. At the end realize the work is not upto standards and upfront paid and no hold to get the final product as anticipated. It is also advisable to obrain Charterd Architects' services and structural and other services by respective qualified professionals. Cheap things are not good.. Good things are not cheap
