- Develop new Building Automation business opportunities related to new and retrofit projects in the middle east

- Conduct consultant and contractors visits in the region

- Create and organize online webinars for solutions using our demo room

- Prepare all content and support 3rd party sources in creating marketing material for ongoing activities like solution brochures, marketing brochures, case studies, stationary, social media posts, etc..

- Prepare after sales customer satisfaction plan and follow up with existing clients, and executed projects, collect feedback and report to director

- Drive sales and support performance for one of the largest partner’s channel

- Collaborate with other Business Units on bidding for projects, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and following up with clients

- Manage the CRM sales pipeline and reporting

- Manage export business, upsell with existing partners, and create new leads

- Prepare monthly reports to vendors for sales performance and existing opportunities

- Coordinate with managing director and pre-sales department

- Participate in business development activity in the region

- Conduct virtual meetings with channel partners, consultants, and end users

- Arrange daily cold calls

- Follow an automated marketing process to organize lead generation

• Design, Installation, Testing & Commissioning and Handing over of integrated ELV Security and Safety Systems

Project Management:
• Collecting customer and stakeholder requirements
• Ensuring the smooth completion of projects, by organizing, managing and scheduling
• Estimating Budget and Schedule for a successful project completion
• Closing the projects within the cost and schedule constraints

Systems maintenance:
• Perform the system maintenance as per the agreed KPI

HSE Standards:
• Adhere to & ensure compliance with company HSE Policy
• Prevent un- safe activity by Team members.

Minimum Experience:
• 5 years' experience with programming and configuring SCADA software packages, PLC platforms, Microsoft Operating Systems, OPC, SQL, and OLE clients and servers.
• Proven Knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems and Basic Networking
• Proven Knowledge of popular building automation Protocols: BACNet/IP, BACNet/MSTP, MODBUS TCP/IP, MODBUS RTU, LONWorks, OPC UA/DA/AE, SNMP among others
• Proven knowledge and training on some of the common PLC/SCADA systems
• Successful project management experience
