Key Responsibilities

📲 Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups
💬 Provide accurate information about clinic services, pricing, and policies
🗂️ Record call notes and update CRM patient profiles in real time
🔄 Route escalated inquiries to the supervisor or relevant department when necessary
🕐 Ensure adherence to call scripts, etiquette, and handling time standards
📘 Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to the position
