Delicious cocktails to Ring in the New Year!
Get in the mix with iSi! Just have one already -- before, during, or after New Year's.
Follow the below recipe to prepare the Blue Moon cocktail:
Ingredients per glass:
• 2 cl/0.7 fl.oz. vodka
• 2 cl/0.7 fl.oz. Blue Curaçaor
• Mint leaves
• iSi Soda Siphon
Preparation:
Fill the iSi Soda Siphon with cold water. Screw on an iSi Soda Charger and shake vigorously. Leave the iSi Soda Siphon to stand in the fridge for at least 1 hour to ensure the water is really fizzy.
Serving suggestion:
Place some ice cubes in a glass and put the vodka and Curaçao over the top. Top up with soda water from the iSi Soda Siphon and garnish with mint.

To prepare the STRAW BOMB MOCHA you need to have the following ingredients:
Teisseire strawberry 15 ml
Teisseire Banana 15 ml
Da Vinci Chocolate sauce 15 ml
Espresso The Soul 2 shots
Steamed milk 250 ml
Whipped cream Topping
Strawberry 1 pcs
Direction:
Pour the syrups and the sauce in a 360 ml glass, then steam the milk. Prepare the espresso shots and add them to the syrups/sauce. Pour the steamed milk over them with a little of foam. Add whipped cream on the top. Decorate with chocolate sauce and piece of strawberry.

Let's learn how to prepare the Raspberry Yogurt Mousse! Yummy:)
This recipe can be prepared in the iSi Easy Whip, iSi Mini Whip, iSi Gourmet Whip PLUS, iSi Thermo Whip PLUS or in iSi Thermo XPress Whip.
Ingredients for a 0.5 L/1 US Pint iSi Whipper:
• 250 g/8 fl. oz. natural yogurt
• 200 g/7.1 fl. oz. raspberry purée
• 2 sheets/4 g/0.15 oz. gelatin
• 3 tbsp. orange juice
• 30–35 drops Stevia liquid, 2 tsp. Stevia granules or measurement corresponding to 50 g/1.8 oz. confectioner's sugar
Preparation:
Soften the gelatin in cold water. Heat the orange juice. Remove the softened gelatin sheets from the water, press out the excess water and dissolve in the orange juice. Slowly stir in the remaining ingredients. Sweeten to taste with Stevia. Pour the mixture through an iSi Funnel + Sieve or a fine mesh sieve into the 0.5 L/1 US Pint iSi Whipper. Screw on one iSi Cream Charger and shake vigorously. Leave to chill in the refrigerator for at least five hours. Shake vigorously before serving.
Serving suggestion:
Serve with ladyfingers, raspberries, or fresh fruits.
Halve the ingredients and screw on one iSi Cream Charger if using a 0.25 L iSi Whipper. For a 1 L iSi Whipper, double the ingredients, screw on 2 iSi Cream Chargers one after the other and shake well after attaching each charger.
