Throughout the program, they explored how different departments collaborate to transform ideas into successful digital solutions while gaining practical knowledge and real-world experience.

The interns also applied what they learned by developing complete software projects of their own, which they presented to the Integral team for evaluation. At the end of the program, they received certificates in recognition of their achievement, commitment, teamwork, creativity, and technical growth.

We were glad to welcome Mr. Elie Khalil, Chief Technology Officer at Noknok, for an engaging and interactive session on practical digital transformation and product management.

The session was filled with great energy and open conversations, bringing together two Lebanese organizations to share experiences and perspectives. Discussions touched on real challenges in the Lebanese market, evolving industry trends, and the day-to-day realities of building and managing tech products.
