Datum Wide Spectral - DWS

The project consists of three buildings in addition to generator , transformer & BMS control room, (Olympic Swimming Stadium, Olympic Basketball Court & Sport Social Club in addition to generator & transformer room of total area 41,334 m2.

Compound provides domestic accommodation for patients who need long-time medical care and rehabilitation, and intend to mitigate much of the burden of physical and social rights of the disabled and to ensure all necessary hospital services.

The Hospital Center is located within in Nabih Berri Rehabilitation Compound; it consists of five floors divided as follows:


The first basement, ground and first floor:
All rooms in these floors are dedicated to the Hospital center, which would accommodate 138 beds, with a total area of 4,920 square meters.

The second basement:
These rooms include the Kitchen and the dining room for patients and medical staff with a total area of 940 square meters.

The third basement:
These rooms include the electronic equipment related to heating works and laundry rooms with a total area of 605 square meters.

The Prime College of Lebanon School has six individual buildings (Blocks A, B, C, D, E, F) in addition to drilling well & sewage water treatment plant & room for transformer and generators:
They are connected to each other by a big lobby that leads to different sections in the buildings:

Block (A): Gymnasium of area 1313 m2.
Block (B): School – Maternity, administrative offices and Library, this block consists of four floors of area 1451 m2 per each floor.
Block (C): School Building consists of five floors of area 1246 per each floor.
Block (D): Auditorium of area 2216 m2.
Block (E): Dormitories consists of five floors of area 1600 m2 per each floor.
Block (F): consists of a lobby main Entrance Hall) & basement for the all electromechanical works & control Room.
