Liliana is a certified Reiki practitioner, holds a degree in Fashion design, she is a Mandala Artist, has an extensive educational background in fine arts and is the owner of Spirit Gem for Crystal Jewelry. She has developed a unique approach to mentoring individuals in a range of disciplines, including past life regression, mandala drawing, art, recycling art, creative strategies and fashion. She emphasizes the importance of cultivating love, light, art and joy as a means of promoting personal growth and wellbeing.

She has worked extensively with diverse cases, including obesity, diabetes, pregnancy, lactation, PCOS and hyperlipidemia. She is driven by a firm belief in the transformative power of mindful eating and intuitive nutrition. She has dedicated herself to this field and actively implements it in her work.
