🌸 Good morning, everyone! This morning the sun has risen again—steady, generous, asking nothing. And like the sun, peace rises within us each new day, whether or not we remember to look for it. It does not disappear when life grows difficult. It does not abandon us when the hours grow long. It simply waits, quietly and faithfully, for us to turn inward and find it there—warm and whole.
This morning, let’s turn to the peace within with every mindful breath and through mindfulness in our actions throughout the day. Let’s live with it. Let’s begin here.
Today is going to be our peaceful day.
May you and all beings be well, happy, and at peace. 🙏✨

Two Hero's Are in One Frame ☘️🙏
I wanted to do something to secure the real dharma for the future generations.
But at the time, I didn't know what to do.
I only had that mindset, that kind of thought.
And then... I got a chance to visit India once with my teachers and Mrs Bhutia (Bhutia) here.
When I entered the Buddhagaya area,
Been far away from outside, for me Bodhin and... Saw the leaves of the thanksgiving,
And I just cried. I fell down and cried a lot.
I cried sitting outside, looking inside, I didn't know why.
And then I went inside and worshiped the Buddha and the Bodhis.
And then I sat under the Bodhis to meditate for a while.
And then me.. With my heart, I wished this way, protect Buddhism, protect it and... What can I do to spread it widely, what should I do.
And then continued meditating.
After a while I see it... A bit of a chaithya. Okay. Protect all the sermons of Lord Buddha,
Me... Need to build some place.
But build a place like that, big land and plenty of spirituality to reduce all those formulas, otherwise a thank you.
I wanted to create it out of stone, because it's the way to keep it safe for longer in this world.
So at that time, I made a determination under the Bodhis.
From then on I decided that if I get a chance I will build it.
I will build a huge thank you complex to save Buddhism.
It will last for 4,000 years so that the future generation can learn the true Dhamma.
So I made that wish, that determination under the Bodhin.
The only determination made under the Bodhin.
But when I had that determination under the Bodhis, when I closed my eyes, I felt... Like my body is moving. Just like everything is moving.
And that's what it is.. That feeling I will never forget, that emotion.
So everything I do, any skill I worship or do, is a skill,
Someday that determination of mine will come true, I will continue to keep that determination wishing I can do it.
May that determination of his will come true like that 🙏🏻 Sadu Sadu Sadu 🙏🏻

This morning, hearing the sound of thunder and seeing the sky turn overcast, he sought out a new spot to meditate and attended to his scooter.😌

📌 Announcement: Aloka Peace Foundation — Carrying Light for All Beings
Every great mission begins with a single choice. For Aloka, that choice was made on the streets of India in 2022, when a nameless stray dog decided to follow a group of venerable monks on a journey for peace. At that time, he had no home, no reason to trust, and every reason to give up. Though he survived being hit by a car and overcame severe illness, his spirit never faltered; he simply kept walking.
The venerable monks named him Aloka—meaning "Light" in Pali—and together they walked 2,300 miles across America. Millions were captivated by the heart-shaped marking on his forehead and the unbreakable spirit of peace he represents.
Today, we honor that journey by announcing the Aloka Peace Foundation. We are deeply inspired by Aloka’s transformation—from a struggling stray to a beloved companion living in safety and peace. Seeing his happiness has inspired us to extend that same protection to animals in need everywhere. We are dedicated to compassion in action, ensuring every animal has the chance to be seen, loved, and live in peace.
🍀 What We Do:
- Rescue & Care: Providing direct support for animals in crisis, including life-saving medical care, safe shelter, and the dignity they deserve.
- Community Outreach: Developing education programs that foster compassionate communities dedicated to protecting all living beings.
- Advocacy: Partnering with global organizations to advance animal welfare and promote a culture of peaceful coexistence.
🙏 How You Can Help:
We humbly invite you to join us in this mission of mercy. Your contributions provide the essential resources needed to rescue and heal forgotten animals. Through your support, we are empowered to transform lives of hardship into lives of peace, working together to ensure that no being has to walk their path alone.
May the Aloka Peace Foundation bring healing, protection, and peace to all Aloka's fellow animal friends as we walk this path of peace and compassion together.
May you and all beings be well, happy and at peace. 🙏✨

😊When Ajahn Panyākara asked, Ajahn Pravat that “Back when I trained walking with you in India, when I became sick with diarrhea and you left me behind while everyone kept walking…didn’t wait me to walk ”
He replied, “I wanted you to understand that when I first trained with Luang Por Sanong, I also suffered greatly. My whole body was in pain, I had diarrhea 37 times, and it was very lonely and discouraging being by myself with no friends around.
I wanted to pass on that feeling for you to learn from it and overcome it by yourself. But fortunately, when you were sick, there were still doctors and you were taken to the hospital.”
That is why he feels proud of Ajahn Panyākara’s achievement — being able to successfully accomplish it in America.
(But that’s not the entire conversation. What I shared was just a summary based on my own understanding as well. 😄)

Dear everyone,
Right at this very moment, as the Vesak Grand Ceremony is still ongoing in a serene and solemn atmosphere, the image of Venerable Pannakara once again moves us to our core. It seems he has not had a single moment of real sleep or rest.
Amidst the sea of people and countless Buddhist activities taking place, the congregation still sees the swift figure of the head organizer present everywhere. In one corner, he is respectfully folding his hands to welcome the venerable Sangha and distinguished guests.
In the blink of an eye, he is warmly conversing with pilgrims, and then quickly moving to coordinate the schedules, meticulously preparing for every upcoming program.
From the grandest tasks to the smallest details, everything is managed by him with seemingly endless energy.
However, we deeply understand that behind this constant busyness is a physical body pushing past the ultimate limits of exhaustion after long walking journeys covering thousands of miles.
The miraculous thing is, no matter how bustling and pressured the external environment may be, he remains firmly anchored in his own peaceful inner world.
Every welcoming smile, every conversation, every step taken to direct the event is carried out in profound mindfulness and clear comprehension.
He is silently dedicating himself, transforming all hardships and exhaustion into the highest form of Dhamma practice as an offering.
Looking at him, we do not just see a devoted monk, but a practitioner practicing mindfulness in action amidst all the responsibilities, using his Dhamma practice and loving kindness to bring perfection to the Grand Ceremony and profound joy to the entire congregation.
We sincerely and respectfully pray that the blessings of the Triple Gem will always protect and bless the Venerable with a light and peaceful physical body. For your peaceful presence is truly a solid great tree, providing shade for us followers on the path of cultivating pure merits and practicing for liberation.
Sadhu! Sadhu! Sadhu! Lành thay!
