Al-Yaseen International General Trading and Contracting Company WLL (YICO) was Established by Mahalhal Ibrahim Al-Yaseen in association with Shakir Raza Khan (M.E.Civil) in 2005 with a view to actively participate in the ever growing development, construction and maintenance activities in Kuwait, within the oil and power sectors. We are forefront in the Construction Industry and as a Local Company
in the State of Kuwait we are fully established and equipped to carry out challenging project assignments. We have our Operational Office in Ahmadi Governate. We have the following functional groups so as to address the execution of any project in coordinated manner.
Significantly within a year of inception, during year of 2006 we were able to generate a business turnover of KD 135,000, doubling the Turnover of 2005. YICO is a recognized contractor in Construction in the Oil Sector and operates in a competitive environment, where quality and safety is a major factor. YICO is focused to enter into direct contracts with State Owned Oil and Power sector Companies. In view oh the strategic importance and future projects in the Oil and Power sector, YICO associated with Government of India enterprise "Bridge & Roof Company" as an Exclusive Local Agent. "Bridge & Roof Company" (a Government of India undertaking) is approved in KOC and KNPC for Tanks Construction works. YICO is looking forward to further strengthening this association to be able to work back to back basis so as to utilize their financial strength and technical competence especially in the Oil, Gas and Power sectors, for securing more contracts with the different Ministries, State owned companies, Establishment and Authorities. With the present turnover of 610,000 and an average annual growth rate of 150,000 over the last six years, YICO has endeavored to establish itself as a leading and most versatile construction organization.
