✨ ACTSmart Singapore Tech Trip – កម្មវិធី ACTSmart នាំសហគ្រិនឆ្នើមក្នុងស្រុកទៅស្វែងយល់ពីប្រព័ន្ធអេកូឡូស៊ីបច្ចេកវិទ្យាលំដាប់អន្តរជាតិ ក្នុងដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចសិក្សានៅប្រទេសសិង្ហបុរី​

ក្នុងរយៈពេលឃ 4 ថ្ងៃកន្លងមកនេះ សមាជិក 17 រូប តំណាងឱ្យក្រុមធុរកិច្ចថ្មីទាំង 12 ក្រុមនៃ ACTSmart មានឱកាសទៅស្វែងយល់ផ្ទាល់ពីប្រព័ន្ធអេកូឡូស៊ីបច្ចេកវិទ្យា និងនវានុវត្តន៍ដ៏រស់រវើករបស់ប្រទេសសិង្ហបុរី តាមរយៈកម្មវិធី ACTSmart Singapore Tech Trip។​

ការចុះទស្សនកិច្ចទាំងនេះ បានផ្តល់នូវការយល់ដឹង និងបទពិសោធន៍ដ៏មានតម្លៃពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងសហគ្រិនភាព ការពន្លឿនភាពរីកចម្រើន​នៃធុរកិច្ចថ្មី បច្ចេកវិទ្យាហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ បញ្ញាសិប្បនិម្មិត (AI) នវានុវត្តន៍ ភាពជាអ្នកដឹកនាំ និងការអភិវឌ្ឍប្រព័ន្ធអេកូឡូស៊ីសហគ្រិនភាព។ នេះជាឱកាសដ៏ល្អសម្រាប់អ្នកចូលរួម ក្នុងការស្វែងយល់ផ្ទាល់អំពីវិធីសាស្ត្រក្នុងការជំរុញភាពលូតលាស់នៃអាជីវកម្ម និងការបង្កើតផលវិជ្ជមាន ពីដៃគូ និងធុរកិច្ចអន្តរជាតិផ្ទាល់។​

កម្មវិធី ACTSmart Incubation Program ត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងដោយក្រុមហ៊ុន Smart Axiata មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលបច្ចេកវិទ្យា AUPP (AUPP Technology Center) និងបណ្ឌិត្យសភាបច្ចេកវិទ្យាឌីជីថលកម្ពុជា (CADT) ដោយមានការគាំទ្រពី ក្រសួងប្រៃសណីយ៍និងទូរគមនាគមន៍ និង មូលនិធិនៃការកសាងសមត្ថភាព និងស្រាវជ្រាវ និងការអភិវឌ្ឍ (CBRD Fund)។​

✨ ACTSmart’s Singapore Tech Trip Empowers Promising Local Entrepreneurs with Direct Exposure to International Tech Ecosystems​

Over the past few days, 17 participants representing 12 Cambodian startups had the opportunity to explore Singapore’s vibrant technology and innovation ecosystem through the ACTSmart Singapore Tech Trip.​

Throughout the journey, participants engaged with leading organizations and institutions, including:​

- Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS)​
- ACE Singapore & JTC LaunchPad​

- Our Tampines Hub​

These visits provided valuable insights into entrepreneurship, startup acceleration, fintech, AI, innovation, leadership, and ecosystem development—offering participants a firsthand look at how global organizations and startup communities drive impact and growth.​

The ACTSmart Incubation Program is organized by Smart Axiata, AUPP Technology Center, and the Cambodia Academy of Digital Technology (CADT), with support from the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications and the Capacity Building, Research and Development (CBRD) Fund.​

Following this regional exposure, our entrepreneurs are not only empowered with new knowledge and connections but also equipped with fresh inspiration to continue building, innovating, and creating impact within our local ecosystem.

A quick look back at a transformative day! On May 30, 2026, we hosted the Second Coaching Training for the Entrepreneurship Mentor Development Program (EMDP). ✨

The full-day session focused on deep alignment and holistic mentorship strategies.

Participants revisited key coaching mindsets to build mentor–mentee relationships grounded in trust. The session also emphasized personal reflection, helping mentees understand their core values before concluding with a shared vision for meaningful mentorship outcomes. 🤝

The program is organized by the AUPP Technology Center (ATC) in collaboration with 笹川平和財団　The Sasakawa Peace Foundation (SPF) and Swisscontact, through the Enhancing Entrepreneurial Ecosystem and Investments (3Ei) project. The 3Ei project is graciously supported by funding from សហគ្រិនខ្មែរ Khmer Enterprise (KE), the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), and the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA).
