TOA 258 Cement Membrane is a pre-packaged 2-component waterproofing product. Part A is a modified polymer solution, part B is a powder mixture of cement and aggregate. These two components, when mixed, combine to form a liquid mortar solution, convenient for construction on mortar and concrete surfaces to form an elastic coating with waterproofing and protective properties.
