She reminded us of the recently launched Insurance Professionals Act and emphasized the importance of being a licensed insurance professional as we embrace innovation and transformation in the industry.

She highlighted the importance of the AI conversation in insurance, and how collaboration is key to driving innovation and shaping the industry’s future.
