As many may think that the car is Made/Manufactured in Kenya, the car is actually a badge engineered Beijing BJ40 L and is actually based on the Pre-Facelift (Before 2019) model.
The Beijing BJ40 or B40 comes as a 2 door and a 4 door SUV controversially similar to the Jeep Wrangler.. The 4 door SUV, debuted in 2016, is what the Mobius 3 is rebadged from.
This explains why the media impressions of the car are all LHD.

This is a Subaru B11S, A concept introduced back in 2003.
Featured a 3.0L Twin Turbo, Flat Six (EZ30) engine with a max output of 394 Hp and 550Nm.
Also featured Rear Hinged Rear doors like the Mazda RX-8 making it an almost practical 4 seater sports 'coupe'

Eleventh Digit: Manufacturing plant of the model.
Remaining Six Digits: Unique serial number of the car.
