SINCERITY AND ENTHUSIASM IN SERVING GOD

One of the greatest rewards that we ever receive for serving God is the permission to do still more for Him. We don't serve God to gain His acceptance; we are accepted so we serve God. We don't follow Him in order to be loved; we are loved so we follow Him. Serving God doesn’t mean we’ll no longer have difficulties. We’re still on the battlefield but we don’t have to fight alone. Faithful servants never retire. You can retire from your career but you will never retire from serving God. Don't let any opportunity lead you away from serving God. That's a price that's too high to pay. God's work done in God's way will never lack God's supply. Serve God and God will take care of you. Submit to His will, trust in His Grace and resign yourself into His hands with the assurance that the Lord is well pleased with those that hope in His mercy. Love God, serve God; everything is in that. I long for nothing more earnestly than to serve God with all my might. Christianity is hard when we try to serve God in man's way instead of serving God in God's way. A good decision is our will to do everything we can within our power. It means to serve God with all we've got, be it little or much. Every person can do that. It is impossible to serve God without serving one another. No life can surpass that of a man who quietly continues to serve God in the place where providence has placed him. It is by serving God and others that we store up heavenly treasures. Everyone gains; no one loses. Whenever you serve others in any way, you are actually serving God. He who does not serve God where he is would not serve God anywhere else. Anything that doesn't lead us to that to better know and serve God is a waste of time. Great occasions for serving God come seldom but little ones surround us daily. The visionary who is serving God ceases to live for personal ambitions but rather for God's ambitions. How utterly terrible is the current idea that Christians can serve God at their own convenience. He that serves God for Money, will serve the devil for better wages. Do you serve God or do you serve your feelings? Believe the Word of God over and above your feelings.

WE MAKE A LIFE BY WHAT WE GIVE

Reaching out a helping hand opens hearts. Extending your hand in a time of need can change the course of someone's life. “Life’s most persistent and urgent question is: What are you doing for others?” Martin Luther King, Jr. A helping hand can be a ray of sunshine in a cloudy world. Love in action is service to the world. If every person offered just one act of kindness every day, we could change the world. Be the spark that ignites change through one act of compassion. Your hand is an extension of your heart. Give it freely. When we give cheerfully and accept gratefully, everyone is blessed. Your life is not measured by what you have done but by what you've done for others.

“A righteous man knows the rights of the poor; a wicked man does not understand such knowledge.” Proverbs 29:7. “If you pour yourself out for the hungry and satisfy the desire of the afflicted, then shall your light rise in the darkness and your gloom be as the noonday.” Isaiah 58:10. “Whoever is kind to the poor lends to the LORD, and he will reward them for what they have done.” Proverbs 19:17. “‘What should we do then?’ the crowd asked. John answered, ‘Anyone who has two shirts should share with the one who has none and anyone who has food should do the same.’” Luke 3:10-11. “Give and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.” Luke 6:28.

We make a living by what we get. We make a life by what we give. “The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others.” Gandhi. Service to others is the rent you pay for your room here on earth. The quality of your life is determined by the quality of your contribution. When you work to improve the lives of others, your life improves automatically. Start where you are. Use what you have. Do what you can. There is no better exercise for your heart than reaching down and helping to lift someone up.

I'm sincerely humbled and full of enthusiasm, zeal, optimism and positive energy to sincerely wish everyone a fascinating, fulfilling, spirit-led, spirit-filled day and week ahead. And above all, a gracefully, unconditionally and unreservedly blessed one in Christ Jesus. Amen. Let no one neither lollygag nor dilly dally, instead joyfully pursue your dreams and vision under the tutelage of the Most Highest God.

Guiding verses 1 Thessalonians 5: 16-18.

Cleanliness is next to Godliness! This statement tells it all! It's disgusting, pathetic, perturbing and petrifying to see unwell kept environment! Serenity and tranquility of a particular place communicates the minds of its people around. Respectfully speaking it's the high time for everyone to be responsible enough to keep our surroundings neat! In order! Litter and dirt free! Pathetically speaking it hurts, demoralises and heart-breaks to see resourceful natural resources such as rivers even in the middle of towns and cities being converted into dumping sites by ignorant, don't -care, less-concerned, reckless...just to mention but a few calibre of people that does such! You can add more as many as you read this story just to calm down your agony if you understand what I mean and the possible aftermath that must occur and be felt by all! Nature gently, calmly and satisfactorily hosts mankind but we have to reciprocate by maintaining it. It's two-way traffic! Way to co-exist.
Kelma Foundation has been a remarkable trailblazer, change agent and in fore-front body in creating awareness against any form of pollution and taking care of our Globe. We can't run away from the truth, if we don't appropriately keep our environment safe, conducive and human-friendly! Its side-effects will haunt us and generations after generations in our lineage!
Street families that we rescue, rehabilitate, empower and guide to accept Christ Jesus are associated with dumping sites and dirt! We need to address the paramount questions before branding them such! Who carelessly dumps dirt all over? And if resources are equitable shared in the first place, can we have anyone living on chilly, dirty and dusty streets?!

Today marks two years' anniversary since I commenced pursuing my ever blazing, enthusiastic and zealous vision that sounded like a nightmare to any mediocre! I became a director in a big Christian organisation that manages millions of funds annually at the age of 26 years old and diligently served for 13 years! Many openly doubted my capability to deliver but since i was in tutelage of God and I discovered that leadership and management is my outstanding innate strength, I effectively delivered and got several national awards under rating parameters of that Global Christian organisation.

I thoughtfully came up with a charitable foundation that rescues, rehabilitates, empowers and guides street boys and needy male youths to Christ Jesus which is a forgotten and looked down upon lot by many stakeholders and change agents in the society. This is how the Kelma Foundation came into existence! On behalf of all the Kelma Foundation fraternity, we have all reasons to sincerely thank God for the far we have gone into touching lives of many Boy Children.

Happy teachers' Day to myself! Once a teacher, always a teacher. It's a noble profession,in fact it's a vocation than a profession! Only those of us that view it from that perspective thrive in it and leave an indelible mark or legacy to the lives of their learners.
Mark you, teaching was my second career and it gave me a lot of satisfaction, contentment and fulfilment since it's an ideal field to pursue especially if you have a burning zeal and enthusiasm in impacting mankind with knowledge. Thumbs up to all my colleagues as well 👍. Teaching is the mother of other careers and various professions! So it's the king post.

Psalms 90:12; so teach us to number our days, so that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom.

FAITH AND FEAR ANTAGONISTICALLY OPERATES

'‘Do not fear, for I have redeemed you; I have summoned you by name; you are mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze.’" Isaiah 43:1b-2 (NIV). Gently, the Holy Spirit reminded me that God had not given me a spirit of fear but a spirit "of power and of love and of a sound mind" (2 Timothy 1:7b, NKJV).
To fear is to have more faith in your antagonist than in Christ. Unconfessed sin in the soul is like a bullet in the body. Let others praise you. Don’t praise yourself. If we want God to lift us up, let us get down. The lower we get, the higher God will lift us. God made the soul a little too large for this world. We could possess the entire world and a void would still exist. Fear loses its power when we actively trust God more than what we fear. “For whatsoever is born of God overcomes the world; and this is the victory that overcomes the world, even our faith (1 John 5:4).”
Dear God, help me walk through my fears by facing them instead of being paralyzed by them. I want to take Your hand and trust Your heart with all that is within me. Give me courage today to take the first step. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
