In a significant step towards achieving universal healthcare coverage for all Kenyans, we recently joined HE President William Samoei Ruto at the launch of the Social Health Authority (SHA) sponsorship program. This initiative is a crucial part of the government's agenda to provide accessible healthcare to the most vulnerable members of our communities.
Locally, in Maara Constituency, the program has been championed by Hon. Kareke Mbiuki-Babayao . Through the NGCDF, he has sponsored 1,000 residents, committing up to 5.6 million shillings to cover their healthcare for the next year. This sponsorship will provide vital support and ensure that these residents can access essential medical services without financial hardship.
