It appears the 'PLAN' is not working:

1. County gvts are yet to receive their equitable share of revenue. Treasury yet to disburse 122B despite the "PLAN".

2. Payment of Salaries in public service remains a challenge despite having the "PLAN".

3. KRA collections are below the projected targets despite having the "PLAN "

4. High cost of living remains a constant to majority of Kenyans despite having the "PLAN".

5.KNEC hasn't paid 2022 KCSE Invigilators,Supervisors,Centre Managers ,Security Officers and Drivers but we still have the "PLAN"

The only PLAN is now to Plan how to Plan for the "PLAN"

We must stay hopeful and continuously attend the Thanksgiving Ceremonies & Interdenominational Prayers, I mean Political Prayers.
