Special Programs Isiolo County

The Department of Special Programmes under the leadership of Chief Officer Abdia Dabaso has this morning donated foodstuff to families in Bula Pesa that had been left homeless following a fire incident that occurred last week. Foodstuff donated included; 10 bags of rice, 6 jerrycans of cooking oil, 2 bags of sugar, and 4 packets of tea leaves. During the occasion, C.O Abdia was accompanied by Bula Pesa Member of County Assembly (MCA) Hon. Idd Hassan who thanked her for her timely intervention noting that it will go a long way in relieving the stress of food needs of the affected families.
“We are grateful to Governor Kuti’s government and more specifically to the Department of Special Programmes for this timely intervention. The food we received today will be of great help to these families,” Hon. Hassan Said.

Handed over a Ksh. 5Million donation cheque to Almasi Children's Home from County Government of Isiolo-Special Programs Department. The donation will go a long way in sustaining the home by meeting it's needs especially those that directly impact on the lives of children living with disabilities that they assist.
