I made this cute cake 🥰🌸 for our hanami picnic today, ginamit ko kung ano lang ang available sa fridge o sa pantry, like over ripe bananas 😅, this cake is a moist banana cake with peanuts, ang filling ay buttercream na mocha, then ang frosting is whip cream.

🎂, 1 moist chocolate cake with chocolate ganache filling, and the other one is moist ube cake with buttercream and Leche flan filling .

A moist chocolate cupcakes , with chocolate ganache filling , and clients favorite smbc frosting, kahit hindi ko na coloringan 😉 ng for the color of the year ang frosting 😅, I included namn the one of the color guide for a prosperous coming year w/c is golden yellow😊in some of the details,Accordingly it’s symbolizes optimism and prosperity 😊🙏, the toppings are edible gold leaf and chocolate, numbers details naman are fordant.

Kaming mga pinoy na nasa abroad e’, sino ba ang hindi na namimiss ang pagkaing pinoy lalo na tuwing pasko ☺️, so Aside from cakes 🧁 🎂 , Iast Christmas, I also make kakanin’s in bilao, I prefer to pack there orders in bilao, para mas may pinoy touch😉,lalo na Sana if may dahon ng saging😅, so tatlong klase lang muna nilagay ko sa combo,it’s p**o bigas with cheese, kutsinta with dulce de Leche and and ground peanuts, then biko bisaya with latik & coconut curd toppings.

A moist ube cupcakes , the frosting is smbc ,flavored with ube, a little dulce de leche inside for filling and mini slice Leche flan 🍮 for toppings, other Christmas toppings are also edible it’s made by fondant .

A 3 to 4 servings moist chocolate cake ordered noong Christmas, the frosting is chocolate smbc, hindi basta cocoa lang😉, it’s 50% cacao chocolate melted and added to the meringue, the filling is chocolate ganache and chocolate smbc, all the simple details are edible.

A moist chocolate cake, with chocolate ganache and chocolate smbc filling, the frosting is chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream, during winter season ang bilis talaga mag firm ng mga buttercream frosting😊, so to enjoy the cake with butter cream frosting during this season, is ,from the fridge, put the cake in the room temperature , for 2-3 hours ,before serving .

A beautiful white Christmas cake for tonight, This is a red velvet cake , pero sa Christmas decorations nila is kinda white Christmas theme😊,so ganyan ang ginawa kong details ng cake para bumagay doon sa venue, ang frosting at filling is cream cheese, first time ko gumawa ng cream cheese frosting, ang sarap pala🥰lagi kasi akong smbc😉, nag cream cheese ako kasi nag research ako at ito ‘yong bagay at masarap na frosting for red velvet cake.😊♥️, Thank you so much!
