AliceHizou is a Shopping Service from Japan. We purchase items sold only in Japan and deliver them to you! You can also join Japan Only Fanclubs through AliceHizou. Hizou actually means "Treasure Chest" in Japanese. Fill your own treasure chest with items from Japan! Services:
We accept FC memberships, Online Store purchases and Mail Order purchases. Including but not limited to music and anime related items, fashion items and more! FC Service:
- FC memberships and purchase of FC only goods.
- Lottery for FC only concert tickets.
- Includes FC membership ID card, FC magazines
- Examples of Fan Clubs: GACKT, L'Arc en Ciel, Luna Sea, J, Sugizo, Gazette, Alice Nine, Scandal etc.

1. FC Plan A: 15000 yen* + FC original fee
- FC membership + FC ID card + FC magazines
- All items will be sent by EMS.
- Does not include postage and commission for purchases of FC only goods.
20% commission for FC only goods.
- Does not include paypal fees

2. FC Plan B: 7000 yen + FC original fee
- FC membership + FC ID Card + FC magazines
- Only FC ID Card and renewal form will be sent by EMS.
- FC magazines will be sent by regular mail.
- We hold no responsibility for lost mails.
- Does not include postage and commission for purchases of FC only goods.
- 20% commission for FC only goods.
- Does not include paypal fees

*If you join more than one FC using Plan A, commission for all FC only goods will be 10%! Plus, commission for all online store purchases will be 15%! Live tickets will be 15%. Online Stores purchases:
- Purchase from online stores in Japan
- 20% commission on top of total purchase

Tour Goods:
- We will sometimes attend tours in Tokyo. If we do, we will post on our page to inform you. You can send in your request for tour goods to [email protected].

Physical Stores:
- We will only accept purchases from certain stores. Email us to ask if your store is in the list.
- Because we have to travel, there will be an extra 500yen on top of the commission. > commission + 500 yen fee
- Commission is 20% or 500 yen whichever is higher.
- We do not guarantee the availability of the item.
- You will have to pay for the item before we will go to purchase it.
- If the item is out of stock, we will refund you in full.

How to pay:
There will be 2 transactions for each purchase.
- 1st transaction: Price of items + admin fee + local delivery fee + 20% commission.
- 2nd transaction: Shipping cost from Tokyo to you. Note: You are expected to pay for all Paypal fees yourself. If there is a problem/ mistake in the payment, (or if Paypal charges us an extra fee when you send your money over), we will reject the transaction and request that you do it again with the correct amount/ fees paid. Thank you. Self Collection:
- We can purchase your item and you can collect it from us in person. Location: Shibuya or Shinjuku only. Time: After 7pm on weekdays
- Self collect items are usually concert tickets.
- Commission is still 20%. How to request:
1. FC Membership
> Email [email protected] with the following:
- Full name, address, date of birth
- Artist/ Band you wish to be a FC member of.
- Website of artist/ band
- Some FC have more than one plan. Indicate the plan you wish to join.
- If you cannot read Japanese, or do not know what plans are available, email us to ask.
- Which AliceHizou's plan you wish to join. (Plan A 9000 yen, Plan B 7000 yen)
- Paypal transaction number, paypal email, transaction date and amount.
> How to calculate total amount:
- FC fees + AliceHizou's fees. Example of calculations:
FC Goods:
cost of goods 5000 yen
20% commission 1000 yen
delivery/ admin fee 1000 yen
Total 7000 yen (first payment)
After goods arrive, we will inform you of shipping costs. (2nd payment)

FC concert tickets:
cost of ticket 7800 yen
20% commission 1560 yen
delivery/ admin fee 1000 yen
Total 10,360 yen (first payment)
If you win the lottery and we get the tickets, we will inform you of shipping costs. (2nd payment)
If we do not win the lottery, we will refund you the total amount minus any Paypal fees (if any).

2. Online Store purchases:
> Email [email protected] with the following:
- Full name, address
- URL of item(s) you wish to purchase and quantity
- Total cost of items, total number of items.
- Paypal transaction number, paypal email, transaction date and amount.
> How to calculate total amount:
For eg,
Cost of all items 6500 yen
20% commission 1300 yen
local delivery fee 730 yen
admin fee 300 yen
Total to be paid 8830 yen

3. Mail Order purchases:
> Email [email protected] with the following:
- Full name, address
- Details of item you wish to purchase. If there is a website, provide that, or at least a picture showing the details.
- Quantity and total amount
> As mail orders need to be done in person at the post office, we do not accept last minute orders. Your request has to be made at least 7 working days before the dateline.
>Mail orders require the mail order number/ product number/ company's bank account details etc. If you cannot provide these information, we are unable to purchase them for you.
> How to calculate total amount:
For eg,
cost of goods 5000 yen
20% commission 1000 yen
delivery/ admin fee 1000 yen
post office admin fee 120 yen
Total 7120 yen (first payment)


Terms and conditions:
1. No last minute requests. A minimum of 72 hours (3 days) must be given.
2. We will reply your email within 24 hours unless otherwise stated. If you do not receive a reply within 24 hours, please send us your request again.
3. We do not accept auctions.
4. We do not accept personal transactions. For example, purchasing an item from an individual in a forum, mixi, Twitter etc.
5. We do not accept orders for physical stores unless otherwise stated. If you wish for us to purchase something from a physical store, there is a flat fee of 500 yen on top of the 20% commission, plus transportation fees (usually less than 1000 yen). Physical store purchases are within Tokyo 23 wards ONLY.
6. Full amount including commission must be paid before we will purchase your item.
7. Shippings costs will be calculated after we receive the item. You will be notified of the shipping costs. We will only send out the items after receiving payment for the shipping costs. No exceptions.
8. We do not hold any responsibility for items lost during shipping. Please use EMS to insure your items.
9. We do not hold any responsibility for items damaged during shipping. If you used EMS or insured your items, please contact your local post office for compensation. We will not provide any compensation as we have checked your items are in perfect condition before sending them out. We also ensure that items are packaged properly and will not hold any responsibility for items damaged due to mishandling by the post office. You are expected to pay for all charges incurred for sending the items to you and full cost of the items, including any fees or commission.
10. Please remember that if you buy big items like posters, the shipping costs will be much higher due to the size of the package. Please do not request to buy big items if you do not wish to pay high shipping costs.
11. Paypal fees are to be paid by buyer for all transactions.
