業務時やプライベート時を問わず、「3 密の回避」「手洗い・うがい・手指の消毒」「マスクの着用」 「検温」「換気の活用」「社会的な距離の確保」「不要不急な外出の自粛」への心がけや取り組みを 続けてまいります。
お客様におかれましては、「お客様の体調不良」「近隣での感染者の発生」「お客様又は同居の方の 海外からの帰国」があった場合はご連絡いただけますようお願いいたします。なおその際は、帰 国から 2 週間の経過や、安全が確認できるまでの期間は、サービスを中断することがございます。

Following the declaration of State of Emergency by the Japanese government from January 8th to February 7th, Chez Vous has updated its policies regarding the services.

📍Business Activity
Chez Vous will continue to provide its services and customer support while following the state of emergency situation and policies.

📍Service Provision.
Unless there is any inconvenience, the service will be provided as scheduled. If client or staff is uncomfortable to proceed due to the circumstance, we will work on an alternate solution.

📍Concerning our staff.
We have urged all our staff to comply with our safety measures: “avoiding the 3 C’s”, “practice proper hygiene at all times”, “wearing a mask”, “temperature measurement”, “securing social distance”, “utilizing ventilation” and to refrain from non-essential outings.

📍Arrival from overseas
For clients or family members arriving from overseas, kindly inform us right away, as we will need to suspend services for two weeks from date of arrival in Japan.
