当社に47年間勤務された社員の退職慰労会を、自由参加、参加無料の社内バーベキューにて開催しました。海外に短期滞在中の社員達（この時は時差のため仕事中でしたが）にもネットで繋いで参加してもらいました。他の工場の社員も、今年入社した新入社員達も参加してともに語らっていました。こうして会社は回っていくのだなぁとあらためて実感します。

We held a retirement party for an employee who had worked for us for 47 years, with an in-house barbecue that was open to all and free to attend. We also had employees who were on a short stay overseas (but were working at the time due to the time difference) join us online. People from other factories and new employees who joined us this year also participated and chatted together.This is how we really feel about how a company works.
