スイッチガードとは、非常停止ボタンの誤操作防止用に使用されるものであり、非常停止ボタンをガードする形で取り付ける部品です🚨

工場などで作業をしているときに、誤って体がぶつかってしまったり物が当たってしまっても
簡易に非常停止ボタンを押してしまわないようにするために、非常に重要な役割を担っています🛠️❗

At Saito Seiki, we regularly hold study sessions.
Twice a month, all of us—including the president—come together for study sessions!
We read through designated books and share our thoughts and impressions.
It’s a valuable time to understand how everyone approaches their work and to clarify our own thinking, making these sessions incredibly meaningful.

第2弾は工場内の電気マップを作成しました💡
以前は番号のみ振ってあり、
実際どの場所の電気か分からず覚えていないと付けるまで分からない状態でした🌀
お客様からご意見をいただき電気マップを作成したところ、
一目でどの場所の電気か分かるようになりました👀✨

[🌐Office Makeover: Round 2!]
For our second initiative, we created a detailed electrical map for the factory!
Previously, the switches were only numbered, making it tricky to know which area they controlled.
With helpful feedback from our office tour visitors, we created the electrical map, allowing us to easily identify each location’s electricity source at a glance!

寒さ対策 ❄️🧣
冬のオフィスといえば、足元が特に冷えますよね🥶
そこで、冬に向けて寒さ対策をいくつか紹介したいと思います✨

まず、弊社の社員ではブランケットを使用している人がいます🧶
下半身全体を温めることができるので
冷え性対策にとても良いです🦵
また、メリノウール素材を使用した靴下🧦は空気を閉じ込めやすく、
保温効果を高めることができるのでおすすめです🔥

次に体を内側から温める飲み物として、
ココア☕や生姜湯🍵、ルイボスティー🌱などが体の芯から温めてくれるのでとても効果的です。

対策をしっかりとして、寒い冬を乗り越えましょう💪❄️

[🌐Stay Cozy in the Office This Winter! ]
Winter can make the office feel a little chilly, especially for your feet!
Here are a few tips to stay warm:
Some of our staff use blankets to keep their lower bodies warm, which is great for combating the cold!
Merino wool socks are great for locking in warmth—they trap air to keep your feet toasty!
Try warming drinks like cocoa, ginger tea, or rooibos tea. They work wonders to heat you up from the inside out!

Let’s stay bundled up and beat the winter cold together!

ノッチ加工とは、単結晶の方位を判別するためにV形状の切れ込み、
溝をつくる加工のことです🛠️✨
ノッチはウェーハ（半導体製造に使用される材料）の方位を揃えたり、
製造装置や検査装置にローディングする際に目印として使用されています💡

イメージしやすいもので例えると、
袋を開封するための切り込みも「ノッチ」といいます✂️🛍️

So, why did Ms. A from the Administration Department decide to join us from the apparel industry?

Ms. A shares
“I decided to transition from the apparel industry as my life stage changed and found my way to Saito Seiki.
I was looking for a job that would allow me to drop my kids off at elementary school before work. When I saw the posting for Saito Seiki, it felt like a perfect match!
IIt’s not easy to find a company that ‘s so welcoming to moms with young kids, so when I got the offer, I felt relieved and excited to start this new journey.
Plus, many of my colleagues have kids around the same age, so we can chat and support each other like mom friends—it’s really suportive."

At Saito Seiki, about 40% of our team are women, making it easier to share those unique challenges only women understand.
