Looking for a good low-impact workout with a twist? MCCS Health Promotion will be hosting two hours of Aqua Zumba and Aqua Recovery in honor of Safety/Injury Prevention Month.

This event is FREE and open to all with base access. Teens ages 12-17 may attend with a parent or legal guardian present with Youth Gym Authorization.

Celebrate Independence Day with Taiyo Golf Club at the Red, White and Blue scramble! 4-player teams will go head-to-head in a scramble format with rotating tee positions every hole.

Calling all BBQ lovers! Now is your chance to show us your skills at the Blues, Brews & BBQ competition happening August 3 at 2 p.m. on Camp Foster!

The cooking competition will feature 10 teams going head-to-head in 3 categories: shoulder/butt, brisket and chicken. Registration for the cooking competition is open NOW on a first-come, first-served basis for $50 per team. Once spots have filled up, teams will still be able sign up to join the waitlist.
