Asiatique88's food goal is to bring back classic flavours of Heritage food using freshest and less ingredients to ensure the old flavor of the dish is still the old day's technique. Our Specials today is Pork Sisig, Chicken Adobo and Pork Sinigang. One day I asked my Aunt Mercedes when I was in 5th grade when we were eating Sinigang and rice at lunch time in a hot day in March . March is one of the Philippine's summer-est month FYI 😬

I asked her why she chose to cook Sinigang soup that day even we have a hot ,hot day. Then my late aunt Mercedes answered " Because sour-ish food has an effect on a person's mood my dear niece" I paused and realized I was being soooo grumpy pre teen those moment and as her guardian I give her a lot of hard time😬

Now , Whenever I cook siningang, I always remember those treasured moment with her and how I missed her . Well enough for this lol 😝

But I just googled about sour food and feeling better seems has some truth about it🙃

See you by the Samurai Training Grounds ,Yokota Airbase ,Fussa Japan 🇯🇵 this Friday ,July 4🎆 at 1500-2100 .We will be by the Carnival rides area.

Magandang araw! Thank you everyone for the tremendous support and encouragement to our team yesterday. We are sold out yesterday one hour before the event was finished. We appreciate your business! Due to the new rules from the Yokota Housing office for Home Businesses that we can't change and getting worse and worse.

Asiatique88 decided to operate on the Monthly Farmer's market and will just accept donations for food or meals every Wednesday and Thursday . We might need to switch Business name for Our Filipino sweet treats and Breads. since the rules on this AF base is exceptional .

Posting my Bday flowers from my son that I stared at this rainy day . In fairness to life , It made me smile and still able to count blessings for today.
