For the past two years, the AI conversation has largely revolved around capability.
More AI.
And to be fair, that made sense. The early phase of any technology wave is about discovering what's possible.
But eventually somebody has to ask a different question:
**Was it worth it?**
As someone who builds with AI regularly, I've noticed that the most interesting conversations are no longer about what AI can do. They're about whether the value created justifies the cost, complexity, and resources required to get there.
That's not just an enterprise problem.
It's a question every business, entrepreneur, and builder will eventually face.
In my latest article, I explore why I believe we're entering a new phase of AI adoptionโone driven less by capability and more by economics.

What do you think?
Are we still in the "more AI is better" phase, or are businesses finally starting to ask tougher questions about ROI and value?
The Era of Tokenmaxxing Is Ending The question is whether the work creates enough value to justify the spend. For the past two years, the AI industry has been operating under a fairly simple assumption: More is better.
The answer exists.
Finding it shouldn't be this difficult.
Have you ever felt like your analytics platform has all the information you need...
..just not in the same place?
That's exactly what happened here.
I wanted to see where visitors came from and where they landed.
Instead, I found myself switching views and piecing things together manually.
The data isn't missing.
The context is.

GA4 is powerful.
The challenge isn't collecting data. It's finding answers without clicking through report after report.
Watch the short and tell me if you've ever felt like your analytics tools had all the information... but still made it difficult to get the answer you needed.
Ever ask yourself one simple question...
Seems simple.
Then you open Google Analytics.
Thirty minutes later you've clicked through acquisition reports, landing pages, filters, downloads...
..and you're still trying to piece together the answer.
That got me thinking.
Maybe businesses don't need more dashboards.
Maybe we just need better ways to ask questions of the data we already have.
I recorded a quick walkthrough showing exactly what I mean.
Have you ever felt like your analytics tools have all the data... but still make it hard to get answers?
That's the kind of question business owners ask every day.
The data exists.
The answers should too.
Instead of digging through spreadsheets, reports, and dashboards, what if you could simply ask?
See the demo.
If you've ever stared at spreadsheets, reports, or dashboards and felt like the answer was buried somewhere in the data, you're not alone.
The problem isn't always a lack of data.
Sometimes it's having too much data and not being able to ask the question you actually need answered.
I built a prototype that lets you interact with business data in a more natural way and uncover insights that standard reports often miss.
Watch the story.
Then try the demo.
When your business files are scattered across messy spreadsheets, downloading endless CSVs and breaking Excel formulas costs you real revenueโjust like Sarah, whose manual data tracking cost her a brutal $8,000.
โI built Cinematic Concierge, a zero-dependency web engine deployed on Firebase, to prove how easily custom AI interfaces can talk directly to 1,000+ lines of raw database logic using normal spoken sentences.
