What can we say about Santiago…A true showman! Not only does he bring the passion, but he brings the fire. His tutor Mel is looking forward to working on his Grade 3 with him this year 💥🎵

Our Battle of The Bands tutoring begins this week!

Our SOPM tutors are mentoring a band for each state school in preparation for our mega Battle of The Bands show at the end of this year 🎸 We can’t wait to see what they work on.

⚡️🤘🏼We are very excited to announce our SCHOOL’S BATTLE OF THE BANDS!! 🤘🏼⚡️

Grant Thornton Channel Islands have generously donated £20,000 to help support the music departments of all state school across Jersey and Guernsey and provide a mighty prize pot for the winning band 💰🎸

Here at SOPM Jersey we are working with Haute Vallée School, Grainville School, La Rocquier School and Les Quennevais School to help with band tuition, mentoring and equipment acquisition.

All secondary schools across the island are also invited to put a band forward for the ultimate Jersey Battle of The Bands.

It’s an awesome project to be a part of and we can’t wait to put on epic night of music, sharing the young talent of the island at the end of this year!
