Still waiting refund. 3 months now. 😔

Do not get tempted by this site - it is a big Fraud!
You pay for your order, only to be stalled several months for the product and they will claim it is out of stock. Forget about receiving your refund - they go silent and won’t provide any timely nor meaningful answers.
I have now waited for almost 10 months - no product but more importantly my 312 pounds are still missing!!!!

I have waited for my refund of 320 pounds since July, 2019. The company claimed they had settle the amount but failed to prove it - Finally they attached a bank transfer made to an account in Ireland but I do not live there nor have an account there. Despite my numerous emails and requests to provide the refund to my actual bank account, I have not received any further answers.
So anyone who is considering buying online from this company - STAY AWAY - it is a big FRAUD !

3 weeks and no refound for a canceled order, can see on others post that this is happening all the time for them. Will take this to my credit card compnay on Monday.

Hi. I'm a customer who can't get satisfaction. I have received several wrong items. I would like to finally get the good one or have my money refund. And the customer service doesn't answer any more since my last email (wich wasn't very nice i agree, but they made me crazy since april...)

How long to get some footjoy's?

Still no refunds after more than 2 months, they pretend having problem or my paypal adress isn't working. I start legal proceeding next week.

We made an order on May for a waterproof jacket FJ (28 May), order 000063079
A month later, you didn't receive the jacket so me neither to my birthday. So my wife ask for refund on 21st June. We are still waiting for the refund since a month ( 212€).
