Today is a very special Thursday for me as it marks one year since I began my PT company. I'd like to say a massive thank you to anyone I’ve had the chance to help, whether it’s been for one session, a couple of classes or I’m continuing to work with you each and every week.
Over the past year, I’ve managed to have an impact on a total number of 127 people. In some cases the impact has been enormous and in others a little smaller, but in each and every case, the most important thing is that they’ve all taken a positive step in the right direction whilst I’ve provided them with the information and knowledge to help keep them going... as well as more than a few sets of Burpees.
To me, that number is unbelievable! Time flies when you’re having fun and words cannot describe how thankful I am to be able to do this as a career.
I couldn't of done it without you guys. THANK YOU!
And here's to an even better 52 weeks.

Mich and I have been training together now since the end of March.
Before Mich came to me she was yoyo dieting, trying every fad in the book, and was quickly realising that they were not sustainable.
We got training 3 times a week mixing cardio and weights, not neglecting any part of her body (before she would never train any upper body) and was quickly seeing results.
We then went more into depth with her nutrition. Mich started using the app 'myfitnesspal' and weighing out the majority of food she ate and tracking calories and macronutrients. She was so surprised how easy it was to over eat unknowingly.
Mixing cardio, weights, and one of the most consistent nutritional lifestyles I've trained, 4 months down the line we have a completely changed woman.
She still goes out on weekends with her family, or friends and enjoys the weekends, and understands that it is all about moderation.
She's now down a total of 10 inches across her whole body and looks and feels like a different person, with a positive mindset and a healthy relationship with food.
Massive congrats Mich keep it going !
