Expat Terrariums and Planters are done with 3 mm clear glass in Venice, Italy. Our inspiration comes from architecture and nature. So every item is unique.

Expat Design Shop is born with the idea of having a small green house indoors that is combining the traditional style of stained glass and modern esthetics of geometry. We like the idea that architectural structures that are totally and perfectly hand made are meeting with asymmetric, unique shapes of plants,sands and stones. Our designs are all handmade, no computer program is used while designin

g them, making process also follows this,which we cut everything by hand,copper foil and solder everything together, wax them individually and pack them carefully. They are cut by hand, copper foiled and soldered together with care, finally waxed and they are left for a day to gain their shine. After they are cleaned, they are filled with stones, soil, quartz sand, beautiful and healthy succulents that are found in local markets. All hand made in Italy. Custom designs are welcome.
