There is always beauty & good to be had in this world. It may seem to be harder to find at times, but it is always there. A good friend to talk to, a beautiful flower, the kindness exchanged between strangers. Don't let anyone or anything fool you my friends. Beauty & good are bountiful & surround us always. Just look for it. What is something good thats happened to you? Or something youre proud of?

In this time that perhaps feels uncertain, unsettled & uncomfortable let's lend a hand to one another. Let's remain calm, productive & give kindness to all. Do not underestimate the power of making someone feel seen, special & understood. Maybe it is exactly what they need.

It is very true that some days prove to be difficult. Sometimes there seems to be more pushing you back than forward, but just realize that's just a moment. Those days pass. With continued forward push, create & team building you will get through the seemingly difficult days to reveal beautiful & prosperous days. Don't let the hard days win my friends. Just keep going.
