Music that could go on forever, following its own slow fluctuations, its persistent calm, its hypnotic patterns and riffs, in an evil suspense, waiting for a twist that never seems to happen. I'll always believe in music above anything else. It's my wish and should be all of our wishes to help kids get the opportunity to have the chance to learn an instrument. An instrument that they interact with. I do feel in the things I’ve learned that to interact with something such as a guitar, where you’re really controlling the loudness, the rhythm, the melodies, it’s such a healing thing. I’ve had a lot of experiences of talking to people about playing guitar and many of them say "Oh I could never be that good" or they think that if can’t get to some kind of level at it that they would rather not even try. It always saddens me because some of the greatest times of my life playing guitar were after difficult things that happened in my own private moments where no one’s around. Just to have that outlet, just to play simple chords and let them ring out, it’s so healing. I wish everyone could experience this. Not having expectations, not even trying to make it into a career. Just simply for the joy of the experience or the outlet when there are hard times, when there are great times, when there are sad times. I think it could bring a lot of light into the world and bring people together. (Buckethead)

Crederò sempre nella musica più di ogni altra cosa. È il mio desiderio, e dovrebbe essere il desiderio di tutti noi, aiutare i bambini ad avere l'opportunità di imparare a suonare uno strumento. Uno strumento con cui interagire. Sento, nelle cose che ho imparato, che interagire con qualcosa come una chitarra, dove puoi davvero controllare il volume, il ritmo, le melodie, è una cosa così curativa. Ho avuto molte esperienze parlando con le persone di come suonare la chitarra e molte di loro dicono "Oh, non potrei mai essere così bravo" o pensano che se non riescono a raggiungere un certo livello preferirebbero anche solo non provarci. Mi rattrista sempre perché alcuni dei momenti più belli della mia vita suonando la chitarra sono stati dopo momenti difficili, accaduti nella mia privacy, quando non c'era nessuno. Solo avere quella valvola di sfogo, solo suonare accordi semplici e lasciarli risuonare, è così curativo. Vorrei che tutti potessero provare questa esperienza. Senza aspettative, senza nemmeno provare a farne una carriera. Semplicemente per la gioia dell'esperienza o per la valvola di sfogo nei momenti difficili, nei momenti belli, nei momenti tristi. Penso che potrebbe portare molta luce nel mondo e unire le persone. (Buckethead)
